The committee discussed various venues and States where the reunion could be held. The chairperson entertained suggestions from the committee itself and suggestions gleaned from emails from classmates. By a majority vote of committee members present it was decided that the reunion would be held in the State of Michigan during the summer months. That the venue be accessible from Metro Airport via freeways. That, if possible, the venue be connected to or nearby a quality hotel. That we would provide a sit-down dinner for all attendees. That live music would be provided at the reunion. That a golf outing be planned for all interested parties. Committee members volunteered to contact classmates whose addresses have been lost or changed to verify current names and addresses from a list provided by the chairperson. Committee members were assigned individual tasks to complete over the coming months and issue reports at committee meetings.

Committees have met periodically through 2005 to finalize plans, make calls to update graduate lists, create mailings and enjoy fine wine!
